Temporary residence permit – This document proves the identity of a foreigner or stateless person and confirms the legal basis for temporary residence in Ukraine. Registration certificate documents are submitted in person by foreigners to state-owned enterprises belonging to the territorial management department of the State Security Service of Ukraine or the State Tax Service.

For a temporary registration permit, the following documents can be provided by the place of residence
Statement for foreigners
Passport of foreigner or document proving stateless person (returned after submission), category D visa, if there are no other provisions of Ukrainian laws and international treaties, as well as personal data and a copy of the passport page of the visa.
A Ukrainian translation of the foreigner’s passport or document proving the stateless person.
Receipt of payment of state tax or document proving payment of tax.
Application (submission) to the University for a temporary residence permit for foreigners or stateless persons
